The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) refers to interconnected sensors, instruments, and other devices networked together with computers’ industrial applications, including manufacturing and energy management. This connectivity allows for data collection, exchange, and analysis, potentially facilitating improvements in productivity and efficiency as well as other economic benefits.
For the last decades for industrial sensor development with wireless capabilities, WiFi technology was extremely energy greedy and unreliable. Users working on structural health monitoring and condition monitoring were more inclined to deploy proprietary wireless sensor networks offering a better reliability and a low power operation.
Since 2008, BeanAir 2.4GHz sensor series is massively deployed on remote industrial sites. Integrating a proprietary 2.4GHz wireless technology, this sensor series is extremely rugged and versatile. It can be used on different applications from Test and Measurement to Structural Health Monitoring.
In today, BeanAir has produced wireless sensors with 2.4GHz and Wilow (Low Power WiFi) that are applicable in different industries. During the tenure of 12 years of efforts, BeanAir has built hundreds of cases around the globe offering stability, useability and easy to deploy solutions for many enterprises.
Structural Health Monitoring
Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) aims to give, at every moment during the life of a structure, a diagnosis of the “state” of the constituent materials, of the different parts, and of the full assembly of these parts constituting the structure as a whole. Structural Health Monitoring combines a variety of sensing technologies with an embedded measurement controller to capture, log, and analyze real-time data…
Ground Vibration Monitoring
Construction and industrial dynamic sources can produce environmental vibration problems for adjacent and remote structures. High vibrations and unacceptable dynamic settlements could disturb sensitive devices and people and even be the cause of structural damage. The dynamic sources, the geology at a site, and the condition of structures affect ground and structure vibrations…
Condition Monitoring
The benefits of BeanAir wireless sensor networks will push the limits of Condition Monitoring Systems.
BeanAir offer an entirely packaged (end to end), standard wireless sensor network solution (IEEE 802.15.04 Wireless Technology). By offering a standard OPC server, our system is highly interoperable and easy to integrate within your IT system…
Test and Measurement
BeanAir technology offers solutions for rolling stock, naval and aeronautic manufacturer in terms of test and measurement, aiming at reducing costs related to test bench.

BeanAir WiLow and 2.4GHz Wireless Sensors
BeanAir WiLow Sensors
Until now, WIFI technology was extremely energy greedy and unreliable. Users working on Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and condition monitoring were more favorable to deploy proprietary wireless IIOT sensors offering a better reliability and a low power operation.
Thanks to more than 12 years of experience in sensing technology and wireless IIOT sensors, our research and development team worked intensively with our customers to bring out WiLow® (Wifi Low Power) technology, a new generation of WIFI IIOT sensors (vibration, inclination and shock) which is reliable, ultra-low power, open-standard and adapted to dynamic data acquisition.
Discover how WiLow® sensors revolutionize sensing technology by bringing outstanding features…
BeanAir 2.4GHz Sensors
The BeanDevice® is a wireless sensor/DAQ providing a real-time wireless transmission and a high capacity data logger with low power operation. The BeanDevice® can be used for both dynamic and static measurement.
The BeanGateway® is a wireless coordinator used to build and manage Beanair® Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). It supports the conversation of data exchanged, compression and IP connectivity with the network thereby reducing the intelligence required in these platforms, maintenance and therefore the associated cost.
